Community Outreach: The Food Pantry
As part of our weekly tithes and offerings food items are brought to support a local food pantry (located at the Germantown Neighborhood Center). Non-perishable food items like peanut butter, canned goods, and cereals are especially important. Donations can be placed in the food pantry box located in front of the Eucharistic Table. The location of the box matters a lot! We believe God’s Table extends into the world and invites all who are hungry and thirsty to come to Him. We are committed to inviting others to God’s Table. Often this is through a warm meal.
