Today, we give thanks for our pastoral team, people who pray with us, lead us, and quietly carry so much of the care that holds our community together. We’re grateful for each pastor by name:

A Gift from the Church Board
To say “thank you,” the Church Board is gifting our pastors a Sabbath this coming Sunday, November 2. They’re invited to take the day to relax, join us as worshippers without the extra burden of leadership, or commune with God in whatever other ways they choose. We’re delighted to make space for them to receive the grace they so faithfully pour out.
Extra thanks to Jan Lanham for preaching and organizing the service this week, so our pastors can enjoy this well-earned break.
A Prayer of Gratitude
Gracious God,
For shepherds who guide with wisdom and gentleness, we give You thanks.
For sermons prepared, visits made, prayers whispered, and countless unseen acts of love—thank You.
Strengthen Mat, Abby, Al, Brad, Freddrick, and Tiffany with Your joy.
Grant them rest for their bodies, renewal for their spirits, and fresh vision for the work ahead.
Bless Jan as she leads us in worship, and knit us together in unity and love.
May our gratitude be more than words; let it become encouragement, partnership, and faithful prayer.
