To demonstrate good stewardship and transparency with the whole Bethel community, the Church Board is providing this financial update. Since the overall spreadsheet is more detailed than many people find helpful, this is a very basic summary. If you have questions or would like more information, please speak with Pastor Mat or a member of the Board.

Narrative
Bethel’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. As of the end of December, we are 8 months through our fiscal year.
- On Oct. 27th, we had to replace our cracked boiler, a significant unexpected expense. It will ultimately cost Bethel $16,000, spread over 4 monthly payments of $4,000 each (Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan).
- We created a special fundraising campaign for this project. As of Dec. 31, we had received $16,107 of special donations toward the boiler, as well as paid out $8,000, two payments of $4,000 each. (The last 2 payments will be reflected in January’s financial statements.)
As always, thank you for your generosity and prayerful discernment as together we continue to extend Christ’s love to the world through Bethel’s ministries.
