Celebrating Joy, Community, and the Hope of Easter
On Easter Sunday, following our 10:00 am worship service, Bethel Church will host a Children’s Easter Egg Hunt, and we’re excited to welcome both our congregation and families from the Germantown neighborhood to join in the celebration.
Easter is a day of joy and new life, and moments like this help us share that joy with the youngest members of our community. After worship, children will be invited outside to search for colorful eggs, share laughter with friends, and celebrate together as a church family and neighborhood community.
To help make this event possible, we are asking for two kinds of support from our church family.
Candy Donations
We are currently collecting individually wrapped candy to fill the eggs. Donations can be brought to the church and placed in the designated collection area. Your contributions help ensure that every child who participates leaves with a smile.
Volunteers
We are also looking for volunteers to help with a few simple tasks, including:
- filling eggs in advance
- setting up the hunt area
- helping guide children during the egg hunt
- assisting with cleanup afterward
Even a small amount of time can make a big difference in creating a joyful and welcoming experience for our children and neighbors.
Events like this are one small but meaningful way we share the message of Easter: that hope, joy, and new life are meant to be shared with the whole community. We hope you will join us in making this celebration special for the children who participate.
