Jesus meets us where we are and comes in peace

April 12, 2026 | Second Sunday of Easter

Peace Behind Closed Doors

Acts proclaims that God has raised Jesus up, breaking the power of death. Psalm 16 rests in the confidence that God does not abandon us. 1 Peter blesses God for a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In John, the risen Christ enters a locked room, offers peace, and meets Thomas in his doubt.

Resurrection hope is not fragile – Christ comes to fearful hearts, wounded faith, and honest questions with peaceWhere do you need Christ to meet you with peace this week?
